Job Information

  • Responsible for the successful management of retail and kiosk operations
  • Execute approved competitive strategies in order to obtain revenue and expense objectives
  • Implement all merchandising activities in compliance with FW’s operational standards and objectives
  • Monitor sales performance within assigned retail locations and execute performance optimizing initiatives
  • Report statistics of assigned market channel activity to FW’s MSM
  • Consistently achieve or exceed revenue objectives within assigned outlets and manipulate budgets as required
  • Execute effective systems for prospecting, lead tracking, promotions, sales, staffing, and customer care
  • Manage local retail channel business relationships in support of channel goals
  • Merchandise stores in accordance with approved plan-o-grams and monitor inventory levels within assigned locations
  • Recruit and hire quality Retail Sales Representatives who provide excellent customer service and can actively grow the
    organization’s market share
  • Ensure retail sales channel is properly staffed and trained
  • Provide oversight and leadership for direct and indirect retail sales and distribution channels within assigned
  • Effectively mentor, support, and direct assigned Retail Sales Representatives relative to corporate goals and
  • Plan and facilitate team meetings
  • Monitor all store level training to ensure retail channel employees demonstrate a proficient understanding of promotions,
    key objectives, strategies, and territory responsibilities in accordance with corporate policies
  • Execute best practices for selling new activations, farming referrals, delivering outstanding customer service, and all
    other related sales and marketing activities within the assigned locations
  • Expand market share within respective outlets
  • Operate and maintain compliance according to FW’s retail store processes, procedures, policies, and practices
  • Adhere to federal, state, and local law
  • Minimum of one to two years of proven multi-unit retail management experience in a fast-paced environment
  • Knowledge of Word, POS systems, and sales productivity tools is essential
  • Requires a proficient knowledge of features and operations of wireless telephony products in addition to retail store
    processes and best practices
  • Excellent leadership and organizational skills
  • Associate’s degree or higher is a plus
  • Wireless experience preferred; related communications background with direct consumer retail and marketing experience is
